Taping into Phone Lines

      I think that taping into phone lines is an appropriate way to protect the country. It is not torturing people to get information out. It is protecting the country to see what people are talking about and if they are talking about anything suspicious. When people start talking about bombs and ruining the government, the government show be aware of what is going on in order to protect the country.
